Movement

Breathwork
Study and practice several breathing practices that both up and down regulate the nervous system.

Formal meditation techniques
Practice several styles of meditation to discover which is most effective for you.

Daily mindfulness
Includes mindful eating, communication, forest bathing, mindful walking, and more.

Philosophy discussions
Group participation makes our discussions on ethical living and sustainable relationships interesting and heartfelt.

Reflective journaling
End the day in self-reflection, gratitude, and integration.
Daily schedule
A steady cadence of movement, stillness, learning, and integration time.
6:30–8:00: Movement, breathwork, sun gazing, meditation
8:00–9:45: Breakfast + swim / journal / rest
9:45–11:25: Lecture + practice
11:30–12:30: Movement
12:30–1:00: Meditation
1:00–2:45: Lunch + swim / journal / rest
2:45–3:15: Walking meditation
3:15–4:00: Meditation
4:00–4:30: Q&A / short lecture
4:45–6:00: Yin yoga, breathwork, Yoga Nidra, myofascial roll + release
